Our Stay at 2W Lake Bed and Breakfast

The 2W Lake Bed and Breakfast was the perfect place to celebrate our engagement.

It was a quick one night stay, but I easily could have spent the week there. Until I moved to Hoboken, I had lived in Skaneateles my whole life. Staying in a bed and breakfast made it feel like we were visitors in our own town which made it feel even more special.

Our room was beautifully decorated, with great windows overlooking the lake. Every detail was so well thought through, from the decorations to the cute coffee station that had been set up. In the morning, they prepared the most delicious breakfast.

On top of it all, they stayed open one more night just for us to be able to celebrate. With the virus quickly shutting down almost everything, the host was so eager to make our special day perfect and stay open one more day for us.

I already can’t wait to go back an relive this special memory.
