Rainy Days

Waking up to rain the last few days really had me in a funk.

I wasn’t motivated to pick out cute outfits, which made creating content a bit tough. When you can’t shoot outside, it really limits what you can do. But it also forces you to get creative which is how I got this shot which I am absolutely in love with.

I decided I would do a post about summer accessories that I couldn’t wait to break out. Damp, dreary days makes for horrible lighting inside my apartment. all of my usual spots weren’t getting any natural light. So I had to bring my shot to the window.

With the curtain billowing from the wind, I started to pull it back so I could see me subjects, and captured this photo in the process.

Sometimes you just have to think outside the box, accept your reality for what it is and make the most of it.
